About the role

Description
We are hiring a Growth Marketer to drive demand, engagement, and expansion.

This role is for a results-driven marketer who knows how to turn strategy into execution and execution into measurable growth. You will lead multi-channel campaign execution and own product webinar strategy from concept to follow up, ensuring every initiative drives pipeline, adoption, and revenue impact.

You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, and the Partner Experience team to align marketing efforts with district outreach and customer engagement. Your work will support both new district acquisition and long-term customer growth.

Your work will directly influence lead generation, product adoption, renewals, and expansion.

What You’ll Do

Drive Marketing Campaigns

  • Campaign orchestration: Design and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns that combine fuel (content, creative, messaging) with engine (distribution and channels). (resource on fuel/engine from MKT1)
  • Campaign production: Build and schedule emails and social media in HubSpot and Mailchimp, plan and launch landing pages, and manage campaign timelines from kickoff through reporting.
  • Performance tracking: Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Sales and Customer Success alignment: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align campaigns to district priorities and support targeted outreach.
  • Optimization: Test messaging, offers, and conversion paths to improve performance.
  • Performance reporting: Report on results and recommend clear next steps.
  • AI-powered execution: Use AI tools, workflows, and agents to extend capabilities, improve velocity, and scale output while maintaining high-quality standards. 

Lead Product Webinar Strategy and Execution

  • Webinar strategy: Develop the strategy and calendar for Inquiry Journeys product and social studies thought leadership webinars.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate sales and cross-functional partners to ensure success.
  • Promotion and conversion: Ensure strong promotion, attendance, and post-webinar conversion.
  • Content repurposing: Use tools and AI to clip and repurpose webinar content for social, web, email, and other channels, with a clear strategy for extending reach and engagement beyond the live event.
Manage Editorial Execution

  • Editorial execution: Own execution of email and social deliverables on the editorial calendar, ensuring assets are built, scheduled, and launched on time.
  • Task management: Manage day-to-day tasking across campaigns, webinars, product updates, and customer initiatives.
  • Social alignment: Align social publishing with campaign, product, and webinar priorities.
  • Creative coordination: Coordinate with Brand and Creative to ensure assets are delivered on schedule and meet performance goals.
  • Content optimization: Test content formats, messaging, and timing to increase engagement and reach.

Use Data to Improve Performance

  • Performance analysis: Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and related tools to evaluate performance.
  • Insight generation: Surface insights quickly and recommend adjustments based on results.
  • Impact prioritization: Continuously prioritize the channels and tactics that drive the strongest impact.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience in K-5 curriculum or EdTech strongly preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, webinar platforms, and paid channels is a plus

The base compensation range for this role is $86,400-$103,400. Total compensation for this role also includes a full benefits package. This compensation range and title may be adjusted based on actual experience.
