About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing for North America to drive pipeline growth, market visibility, and customer engagement across NAMER core markets. This role is critical in scaling Learning Pool’s market presence, building strong demand generation programs, customer expansion, and aligning regional execution with global marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer with deep experience in B2B SaaS, who can balance strategic planning with tactical execution. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Global Marketing to ensure the NAMER region achieves ambitious growth targets. We’re looking for a marketer who is not only regionally savvy but also passionate about leveraging AI and cutting-edge tools to push the boundaries of marketing performance
What you will be doing
Roles and responsibilities include:
Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and own the regional marketing plan aligned with global strategy, NAMER sales objectives, and ARR growth targets
Execute integrated campaigns tailored to NAMER, leveraging ABX, digital marketing, events, and potential partner programs
Ensure effective localization of global messaging and content for cultural and regulatory nuances
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
Drive measurable pipeline contribution through targeted demand generation, field marketing, and ABX initiatives
Manage regional campaigns across multiple channels (digital, webinars, events, content syndication, paid media)
Partner with Sales Development, Account Executives and Customer Success to optimize lead flow, conversion, and ROI
Events & Executive Engagement
Plan and deliver regional events (such as trade shows, industry conferences, executive roundtables, partner events)
Build thought leadership opportunities for Learning Pool in the NAMER market
Brand and PR
Work with regional influencers and global corporate marketing to accelerate brand awareness and mindshare in NAMER to grow the Learning Pool brand from the ground up, whilst leveraging the reputation of in region acquisition brands.
Analytics & Optimization
Own reporting for NAMER marketing performance (pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, spend efficiency)
Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns, optimize spend, and increase pipeline velocity
Track regional market trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs to adapt go-to-market strategy
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Proven experience: You will have extensive regional experience in B2B marketing within SaaS.
Proven ability: You will have a strong track record of driving pipeline growth and delivering integrated marketing programs across NAMER.
Expert knowledge: You will have deep familiarity with ABM/ABX strategies and best-in-class field marketing practices.
Event leadership: You will have hands-on experience planning and executing large-scale events, webinars, and executive programs.
Regulatory awareness: You will have a solid understanding of regional compliance and data-privacy considerations.
Operational excellence: You will have strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
AI-driven marketing mindset: You will have demonstrated experience, or strong enthusiasm, for using AI and automation tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Drift, Mutiny, 6sense, Salesforce Einstein) to enhance marketing outcomes.
Innovation orientation: You will be comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies to enable smarter decision-making and personalised content delivery.
Technical capability: You will have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
