Job Description
Join the LEGO® Group as a Senior Manager of Advertising Operations and help to shape the future of data-drive marketing at one of the world's most beloved brands! In this role, you'll help build and evolve the Media Operations function to drive smarter, more connected, and more effective media across the world. This role combines critical thinking, cross-functional leadership, and deep media expertise to help shape our media approach in a fast-evolving digital landscape. You will play a key role in designing new media processes, deploying new ad tech, supporting our global in-housing journey, and ensuring high-impact campaigns deliver brand growth and measurable outcomes.  

Core Responsibilities 
  • Global Operations Strategy & Vision - Support the development and delivery of the LEGO Group's global media operations strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, marketing, and business priorities. Help drive a data-led, consumer-centric approach that improves media efficiency and effectiveness across markets. 
  • Ad Ops leadership - Be a leader in the global ad operations function, ensuring flawless campaign setup, delivery, and optimization across paid media channels. Define and maintain operational standards, SLAs, and QA processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency working with an external partner. 
  • Ad tech & Innovation - Oversee ad tech integrations (e.g., ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, analytics, verification tools). Partner with internal and external agency tech and data teams to evaluate new tools, streamline workflows, and support automation. Stay ahead of industry shifts (e.g., privacy, identity, AI) to future-proof our media operations. 
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building - Mentor team members on standard processes and executional excellence. Fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning across internal and external partners. 
  • Collaborator & Executive Influence - Serve as a trusted advisor on ad ops topics, collaborating with regional and local marketing teams, business units, and key partners to drive alignment and support consistent execution.

Do you have what it takes? 
  • Expert level experience ad operations, digital media, or programmatic marketing.  
  • Strong understanding of ad serving, trafficking, and campaign management across digital platforms. 
  • Hands-on experience with major ad tech and data tools (e.g., CM360, DV360, Meta, Amazon Ads, Trade Desk, Google Tag Manager, etc.). 
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency. 
  • A proactive approach with a passion for operational excellence.  

Relocation 
There is no relocation budget for this role.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $124,706.00 - $187,060.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
