We are looking for a Head of Revenue Analytics to join our Finance Department. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, hands-on analytics leader to make a significant impact as a team of one, working cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Marketing, Enrollment, RevOps Tech, Tech, Product, Partner Operations, and Partner Success. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be instrumental in driving data-informed decision-making, optimizing performance, and identifying strategic growth opportunities for the business.

What You’ll Do
- Data Strategy & Management:
- Serve as the primary owner for revenue, marketing and funnel-related data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and cleanliness across all systems.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Podium Education’s database infrastructure, data warehouses, and data flows.
- Partner with Technology and RevOps Tech teams to optimize data capture, integration, and accessibility from various sources (e.g., Salesforce, Iterable, landing page and website analytics, etc.).
- Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure the performance of marketing initiatives, enrollment funnels, revenue, and overall business health.
- Develop and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau and other business intelligence tools, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct regular deep-dive analyses into funnel performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Strategic Insights & Optimization:
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation through rigorous data analysis and modeling.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that inform strategic decisions for Marketing, Enrollment, and Partner teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaign performance, targeting strategies, and customer journeys.
- Work with Enrollment and Partner Operations to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a trusted analytics partner to the CFO, Marketing, Enrollment, Tech, Product, RevOps Tech, Partner Operations, and Partner Success teams.
- Facilitate data-driven discussions and empower teams with the insights they need to achieve their goals.
- Champion a data-first culture across the organization.
- Process Improvement & Governance:
- Define and implement robust processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Establish data governance best practices to maintain data integrity and quality.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.). Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, revenue, and growth analytics, or a related analytical and data-focused role, with a strong preference for experience in a Senior IC capacity
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong track record of drawing actionable insights from complex performance and funnel data. Exceptional proficiency with Tableau and other business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
- Strong working knowledge of database infrastructure and management, including hands-on experience working with Data Engineering to set up scalable data models, data warehousing concepts and SQL.
- Proficient in leveraging various CRM, marketing, and funnel-related systems and tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Analytics, Iterable), and an understanding of email marketing analytics.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the Education Technology (EdTech) sector or a related subscription/recurring revenue business is a plus.
