About the Role
Epic Kids is in an exciting phase of growth following our integration with TAL Education Group. As we scale rapidly across teams and geographies, we are looking for a proactive and high-ownership HR Business Partner who can support both the day-to-day people needs of our teams and contribute to building foundational people programs.
This is an excellent role for someone early to mid-career in HR who aspires to be a strategic HRBP while still being hands-on with operations. Youâll work closely with the Head of HR on key initiatives around culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness as we continue shaping the next chapter of Epic Kids.
