Deliver advanced HR consulting services supporting the Division of Finance and Operations, Chancellor's Office, and University Compliance Office.
Advise Associate Vice Chancellors, Executive Directors, Directors, and managers on complex HR issues.
Lead HR service coordination and provide functional leadership to HR Specialists managing recruitment, salary administration, onboarding, separations, payroll, leave, and benefits.
Emphasize strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and decision support.
Require a bachelor's degree and at least two years of progressively responsible HR management experience or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of HR business processes, recruitment, employee relations, classification, and compensation practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; preferred experience with PeopleAdmin, PeopleSoft, TIM (Kronos), and Visio.
Preferred HR certification and at least five years of HR experience, ideally in higher education or public sector.
Provide service to high-level university departments including the Division of Finance and Operations and the Chancellor's Office.
Compensation dependent on qualifications and experience, with a full-time permanent appointment.
