  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes, recruitment, employee relations, classification, and compensation practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; preferred experience with PeopleAdmin, PeopleSoft, TIM (Kronos), and Visio.
  • Preferred HR certification and at least five years of HR experience, ideally in higher education or public sector.
  • Provide service to high-level university departments including the Division of Finance and Operations and the Chancellor's Office.
  • Compensation dependent on qualifications and experience, with a full-time permanent appointment.
