Must be proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel etc.) and competent in spreadsheet and database management software packages. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills are required. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer services. |
| Job Duty | Assist the HR Manager and HR Director, in consultation with Columbia Office of Classification and Compensation, determine correct classification of position description(s) based on qualification and salary administration guidelines; helps ensure that equity issues are reviewed and addressed as necessary in the salary administration process. Aids the Dir/Asst. Director in assisting hiring managers with position description descriptions as needed when vacancies, reclassification, etc., arise. |
