  • Generate and deliver HR reports for executive management and other stakeholders, supporting budget and workforce planning.
  • Administer general HR functions such as personnel file management, conflict of interest disclosures, building access, and key management.
  • Lead and manage HR-related projects aligned with Health Network strategic goals.
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Minimum qualifications include three years of progressive HR experience or relevant educational background with HR work experience.
  • Annual salary range of $50,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package detailed by CSU.
  • Works within the CSU Health Network and Division of Student Affairs, supporting a diverse university community.
