Imagine Your Impact.
As an Implementation Specialist, StudySync, you will use your expertise to oversee the implementation and management of customer needs for all StudySync accounts within your assigned region. You will rely on your effective communication skills to provide training and support for schools through webinars, product training, professional development sessions, and sales presentations and to communicate regularly with district leadership, administrators and coaches, teachers, and our sales partner to ensure customer success. You will also apply your organizational skills and attention to detail by tracking account support activities across the customer life cycle including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, training, and renewal business using Salesforce.

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Implementation Manager.
 
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $64,678 and $72,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
 
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote. To be considered you must reside within 50 miles of one of the following airports: Kansas City International (MCI), Denver International Airport
(DEN) and/or Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA).
 
Travel: You can also expect up to approximately 40% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Oversee implementation and management of account needs for all accounts within the assigned region.
  • Provide support for accounts nationwide as needed.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track all account data including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, and training.
  • Design and deliver sales presentations, product training, and professional development sessions, both in-person and via webinar platforms.
  • Communicate regularly and work effectively with districts, school administrators, and teachers to ensure successful program implementation and customer success.
  • Collaborate with our partner to support sales and training needs.
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshoot customers’ needs and requests.
  • Lead online live chat and public webinar sessions for customers and prospects nationwide.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to provide customer training and to travel to training sessions, support meetings, and team presentations.
  • Facilitate account management across the life cycle of a customer from interest, sales presentations, onboarding to renewal.
  • Manage or assist with team projects including but not limited to webinars, training, and collateral development.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 5 years of experience in the grades 6-12 education, classroom or administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of current educational standards and effective teaching practices.
  • Experience leading professional development and/or product training
  • Familiarity with web-based programs such as Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and more.
  • Strong proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Team player with strong skills in communication, organization, public speaking, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working remotely and independently.
  • Willingness and availability to travel for presentations and customer training and meetings within the USA; up to approximately 40% of the time, based on account requests.
