Responsibilities  | Direct/Manage/Supervise the documentation, evaluation, and testing of information systems internal controls and policies. Oversee the development of procedures that strengthen controls and increase efficiency within the technology environment. Manage the audit planning process to determine scope, objectives, and testing procedures. Lead security and risk assessments across technology infrastructure, applications, and processes. May ensure compliance with existing regulations in relation to the organization’s information systems. First-level manager. Manages the activities of supervisors and/or individual contributors. Responsible for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews. Broad knowledge of the field with demonstrated leadership skills.

Minimum Qualifications  | EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).

Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
Preferences  | Preference given to those with Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) credential and with strong leadership skills.
