| Job Summary | The College of Public Health’s Public Health Analytics and Informatics unit is looking for an Information Technology Manager III to join our Medicaid Analytics team! This position will oversee the completion of policy research and analytics products that advance the mission of the Cabinet for Health and Family services by managing the development, design, and execution of policy-focused research and evaluation projects across public health, Medicaid, and child welfare domains, among others, and collaborating with high-level stakeholders to fulfil contract deliverables. The position will utilize leadership skills to lead meetings and supervise lower-level data analysts and scientists. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Advanced knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, open-source, and web standard technologies ie ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, C#, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and T-SQL to design & develop technologies. |

| Preferred Education/Experience | Master’s degree in public health, social work, statistics, computer science, or related field plus 5 or more years of related experience preferred; Experience with substance use disorder research. |
