The role involves assisting library patrons and staff with technology issues, monitoring IT service desk requests, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and supporting hardware, software, and network operations across university libraries.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
Maintain IT equipment and support computing environments at multiple library locations.
Work alongside professional IT staff to gain hands-on experience with enterprise technology solutions.
Required to be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled at NC State University.
Skills in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and self-management are essential.
Experience with network and computer troubleshooting is preferred.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Compensation is approximately $13 per hour.
