Description:
This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy in Jackson, Michigan. This role is for Michigan ONLY residents as there is some limited onsite meetings in Flint or Lansing Michigan.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Instructional Design Content Implementer to support our Instructional Design team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, light copy-editing skills, and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors. The Implementer will play a key role in ensuring learning content is accurately deployed, maintained, and optimized within our learning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the implementation and maintenance of learning content within the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
• Perform quality-editing and proofreading of instructional materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with style guidelines.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to upload, test, and troubleshoot eLearning modules, assessments, and other learning assets.
• Facilitate the setup of new learning items (ILT, VILT, eLearning) by completing item setup requests in partnership with Instructional Designers and Learning Analysts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of implementation processes, updates, and system changes.

This position is primarily remote with occasional on-site meetings with the team or project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
• Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS) 
• Experience with light copy-editing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills and project management.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and eLearning formats (e.g., Articulate Storyline, SCORM).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
• Experience in a corporate learning or instructional design environment.
• Experience with version control systems or content management tools.

Required: 1-2 years' experience
Preferred: LMS certification, project management degree

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 27-32/hr
