POSITION TITLE: Instructional Designer - 12 Month Project - Benefits Eligible
DEPARTMENT: Talent Development
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably with a focus on Oracle systems or similar software implementations.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Certification in instructional design or HCM systems (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
MAJOR DUTIES:
- Collaborate with the implementation partner, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the HCM project team to understand system functionalities and user requirements.
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including e-learning modules, user guides, job aids, and video tutorials.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that are adaptable to various learning styles and levels of technical proficiency.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze training requirements to ensure alignment with implementation goals.
- Facilitate training sessions if needed, both in-person and virtually, to support the HCM implementation.
- Partner with Change Management consultant as needed to align process training to change roadmap
