About the Role
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to design and deliver innovative learning solutions that enhance employee skills and performance. This role combines instructional design, multimedia production, and graphic design expertise to create engaging training experiences across multiple platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop e-learning modules, workshops, manuals, and assessments.
  • Create multimedia-rich content including videos, AI avatar modules, and infographics using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Vyond, Synthesia, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and define instructional objectives.
  • Publish and deliver training through LMS, Teams, and SharePoint while incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, collect learner feedback, and refine solutions to ensure impact and engagement.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and introduce innovative learning approaches.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or training, preferably in healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Strong proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise), video creation tools (Vyond, Synthesia), and design platforms (Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
