Main responsibilities:

Collaborate with other training team members to design and produce multimedia training courses, modules, learning journeys and other instructional content.
Work with internal subject matter experts to conduct learning needs analysis and capture software functionality.
Develop assessments to drive learner comprehension and retention of information.
Leverage various technologies to enhance and deliver training materials.
Regularly evaluate and update existing training materials.
Ensure alignment with brand and quality control standards.
Own instructional content creation from concept to completion.

Desired profile:

Excellent writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail.
Experience in instructional content design and graphic design.
Quick learner when faced with complex problems and quick to adapt to change.
Proficient with Rise 360 and Adobe products.
Ability to observe a process, take notes, write scripts and record voice-overs as needed.
