Carrier’s North American Residential Customer Service Team, is a large, fast-paced HVAC business group with employees in Homeowner Services, Distributor Services, Shared Services and Warranty/Claims departments. Our external customer base ranges from individual homeowners, to installing dealers, to larger distributors. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in training and instruction

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing training materials
eLearning content development and gamification experience
Experience with Articulate, Camtasia and Vyond preferred
Experience with text to speech preferred (ex: Murf)
Must have an aesthetic aptitude for content development / design
Training experience preferred
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and Sharepoint preferred
Experience in the HVAC (Heating/Ventilating/Air Conditioning) industry is ideal, but not required
Proficient in utilization of Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Diligent attention to written, visual, and organizational detail
Outstanding follow-through skills to support on time delivery of projects
