We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you’ll design engaging, compliant eLearning programs for food safety and workforce training. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to build course frameworks, define learning objectives, and develop interactive modules using tools like Lectora. This position reports directly to the Manager of Course Development.

Role Responsibilities:

Design and develop online training courses, including storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive elements using Lectora Inspire and other eLearning tools.

Design Acumen: Strong ability to structure learning objectives, outline content flow, and build interactive modules tailored to adult learners in compliance-driven environments.
