Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or related fields with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 1+ year experience in higher education.
Demonstrated ability in teaching academic skills and working knowledge of learning strategies and instructional technology.
Preferred qualifications include experience with NCAA Division I student-athletes, classroom teaching, staff supervision, NCAA eligibility rules, curriculum development, recruitment, hiring, and public presentations.
Works closely with academic support units and Athletics, reporting to the Senior Learning Specialist.
Annual salary range is $50,000-$60,000 with a full benefits package.
Evening and weekend work are required.
