Required software knowledge includes Canvas LMS, Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), video editing software such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere Pro, and familiarity with HTML and CSS.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience in online course development or teaching; experience with quality assurance frameworks like OSCQR or Quality Matters is required.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Instructional Design and experience with macOS and Windows platforms, as well as expertise in project-based learning, adaptive learning, microcredentialing, and gamification.
Annual salary range is $56,900 to $65,000, with a full-time, exempt position scheduled 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Position reports to the ILCI Operations department within the Innovative and Learning-Centric Institution division at University of Nebraska Omaha.
