  • Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience in online course development or teaching; experience with quality assurance frameworks like OSCQR or Quality Matters is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Instructional Design and experience with macOS and Windows platforms, as well as expertise in project-based learning, adaptive learning, microcredentialing, and gamification.
  • Annual salary range is $56,900 to $65,000, with a full-time, exempt position scheduled 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
  • Position reports to the ILCI Operations department within the Innovative and Learning-Centric Institution division at University of Nebraska Omaha.
