Must-Have Skills: 
  • 2-3 years of program management experience and training experience, especially with SFDC
  • Strong grasp of adult learning, instructional design, and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects, translate feedback into improvements, and fluency in English
