About the Role

The Instructional Designer Services Analyst II develops web-based, instructor-led, blended instruction, and virtual learning solutions within the client’s technological environment. This role partners with client subject matter experts to translate learning objectives into effective instructional materials and structured learning paths. The ideal candidate can organize content logically for the learner audience while delivering projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Designing web-based, instructor-led, blended, and virtual learning solutions aligned with client learning objectives.

• Receiving learning objectives and source materials from client subject matter experts and translating them into instructional content.

• Organizing content into a logical instructional flow appropriate for the culture and level of expertise of the end-user learner.

• Responding to client design needs including escalations and risk inquiries related to instructional design and subject matter expert issues.

• Revising or redeveloping learning solutions based on client feedback and evolving project requirements.

• Delivering instructional design projects on time and within budget.

• Ensuring learning materials align with instructional design best practices and client expectations.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Complying with all company policies and standards.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is ($57,000 – 75,000)
