Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and executes implementation plans for learning and training projects, including partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to determine timelines, methodology, and content.
- Develops learning objectives to ensure content meets company objectives and business goals using ADDIE, SAM, and agile.
- Plans, develops, and implements SCORM-compliant curriculum.
- Creates learning solutions that measurably contribute to improved learning retention and overall process efficiencies.
- Creates instructional design documentation including design templates, standards, style guides, technical specifications, scripts, train-the-trainer, and leader guide/participant guide materials.
- Provides quality assurance for instructional design processes and deliverables (e.g. application of learning theory and sound instructional design principles, and use of appropriate templates and branding).
- Conducts formative and summative evaluations of new and existing learning projects, products and activities or performance improvement solutions.
- Oversees projects in development in project management role.
- Assists in monitoring the ISD Internship Program.
- Complete projects with minimal direction.
- May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design/Technology or related field of study.
- Demonstrated proficiency using tools such as Articulate Storyline.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with distance learning tools, virtual classroom platforms, and learning management systems.
- Technically efficient self-starter with the ability to complete projects with minimal direction.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching, and instruction for individuals and groups and the measurement of training effects.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
