Identify and support integration of new educational technologies and tools for smooth user experiences.
Provide LMS technical expertise and multimedia content development support to faculty, staff, and students.
Work closely with faculty content experts and the Graduate School's instructional design and creative services team.
Required knowledge in online course management, instructional design processes, and experience with learning management systems like Canvas.
Proficiency in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 and digital accessibility requirements.
Strong project management skills to track milestones and timelines.
Preferred experience with Quality Matters, OLC Scorecard, instructional design tools (DesignPlus), and technologies such as H5P, VoiceThread, Poll Everywhere, Qualtrics, Teams Office 365, Zoom, Panopto, Padlet, Canva.
Compensation range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour; temporary staff position with 0.875 FTE for approximately 4 months.
