Required Qualifications
  • Professional knowledge of adult learning and training theories, principles and concepts.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development and e-learning development
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply theories, principles and concepts of curriculum desin and development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of program management, assessment and evaluationmethodologies to determine voerall effectiveness and efficiency of programs.
  • Experierience with developing, designing and delivering high -quality instructional materials and course that facilitate effective learning experience for employees. 

Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting senior-level management.
  • Familiarity with the customer's organizational structure and mission.
  • Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries to achieve mission objectives.
