About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and pipeline growth. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional efforts to deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with our audiences and deliver measurable outcomes.
This role is a great fit for a well-rounded marketer with strong campaign experience—someone who can balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and effectively align teams around clear, customer-focused goals.
Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for an experienced and organized Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of cross-channel campaigns. This role requires someone who can translate strategy into actionable plans, coordinate across teams, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, with a consistent message, and with measurable impact.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll be a key connector across product marketing, content, design, digital, sales, and events, ensuring all parts of a campaign align with our company goals and speak to the needs of our customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand initiatives, and demand generation goals
- Developing campaign briefs that clearly define objectives, messaging, audiences, timelines, and success metrics
- Coordinating execution across multiple channels—including email, digital, paid media, social, events, and the website. Including the development of campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, social copy, ads, and supporting content
- Collaborating closely with product marketing, content, PR, social, design, digital, events, and sales teams to bring campaigns to life
- Managing campaign calendars, timelines, and project plans to ensure alignment, timely execution, and on-brand delivery
- Partnering with the marketing operations team to measure campaign performance, analyze results, and share actionable insights with stakeholders
- Monitoring campaigns in real-time and making optimizations to improve performance
- Supporting ABM, inbound, and other targeted growth programs with integrated campaign execution
- Maintaining consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints
- Staying current on marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategy and execution
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated campaign management or program execution
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and prioritize timelines
- Experience running or supporting cross-functional campaigns, ideally in SaaS or B2B marketing
- Highly skilled in leveraging campaign planning tools and platforms (Asana, Jira, Wrike, etc.)
- Understanding of how to collaborate with content, design, digital, and demand gen to build effective campaigns
- Ability to analyze campaign results and translate data into insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A creative problem-solver who embraces new tools—including AI—to drive smarter decisions, accelerate execution, and continuously improve campaign performance.

The salary range for this role will be $85,000 to $120,000 DOE.
