Highlights
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and ERP, 3PL, eCommerce, and custom APIs
  • Develop and support integrations using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Boomi
  • Monitor integration dashboards and resolve failures proactively
  • Serve as Salesforce SME across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Operations for process improvements and documentation
  • Ensure data accuracy, validation, reconciliation, and compliance with security protocols
  • Required skills: 3+ years Salesforce experience (or certifications), ETL pipelines, IPaaS platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato), Excel, SQL, REST APIs, graphQL, XML, JSON
  • Preferred: Python programming, experience with Databricks, AWS S3/RedShift, eCommerce (Shopify, Magento), tax automation (Avalara), warehouse and 3PL integrations, Agile/Scrum experience
  • Soft skills: Analytical, troubleshooting, communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, lead technical discussions

Position Overview 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Integration Specialist with strong Salesforce expertise to design, maintain, and optimize integrations across our enterprise systems landscape. This role will focus on building, monitoring, and enhancing data and process flows between Salesforce and key platforms such as NetSuite, Stripe, 3PL/warehouse systems, and custom APIs. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting systems to streamline business processes, reduce manual work, and ensure data consistency. This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of API-based integrations and data hygiene best practices.
