McGraw Hill is seeking an Integrations Analyst. At McGraw Hill, our mission is to build meaningful enterprise learning solutions that empower students and institutions. To ensure these solutions deliver a seamless technology experience for both internal and external teams, the Integration Analyst will support Integration Architects in executing business projects and managing day-to-day integration systems. This role also partners with development teams to maintain and enhance solutions in alignment with established architectural standards.
 
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:
  • Support the design, execution, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions that enable seamless data flow across business systems.
  • Document, maintain, and enforce processes for managing all integration points, ensuring quality control, monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with the Integrations Architect to define and update interfaces, translate requirements between technical and business teams, and prioritize delivery.
  • Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, driving efficiency and system reliability.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for integrations, including change control, release management, and compliance procedures.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements, benchmarking tools and practices to enhance speed and accuracy of integrations.

 We’re looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, with at least 2 years of IT experience focused on integration solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices, and APIs; Salesforce and Informatica experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications and integration technologies such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Product Data Hub, Business Objects, Tableau, and Marketo.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Sterling Gentran Server, SOA, OSB, BPEL, Vertex, and credit card processing systems.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile) and ability to deliver in complex, evolving environments.

The pay range for this position is between $85,000-$90,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
