Job Summary The College of Nursing is seeking an IS Technical Support Specialist II. This position is responsible for providing front-line support for all iPad-based testing, troubleshooting technical issues in real-time, and ensuring a smooth, secure, and equitable testing environment for all students. The specialist will also serve as the primary liaison to the Disability Resource Center (DRC), coordinating and implementing testing accommodations in compliance with ADA and institutional policies.Additionally, the position supports the EPIC on desktops and workstations in the simulation lab experiences. This role will assist faculty and students in navigating digital exams, managing device setup, and ensuring system readiness. The specialist will be expected to participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to institutional service initiatives related to academic technology, digital accessibility, and student support. Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to access, and continuous learning are required.
