Job Summary  | The IT Clinical Engineering Manager oversees the full lifecycle of medical equipment, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency. This role leads maintenance programs, regulatory readiness, and incident response, while serving as the primary liaison for vendor partnerships with Renovo, Philips, Stryker, and others. The manager ensures vendors meet contractual and service level expectations, facilitates high-impact issue resolution, and drives continuous improvements in service delivery and equipment performance. Additionally, the role is responsible for integrating medical devices with enterprise IT systems—including Epic, ServiceNow, and other applications to ensure secure, reliable interoperability. As a subject matter expert, the manager provides strategic guidance on device connectivity, data flow, and clinical workflow impacts, aligning clinical technology with IT and cybersecurity standards. Position is hybrid with periods of on-site presence in Lexington, KY.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities  | - Strong knowledge of medical equipment lifecycle management
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and safety inspections
- Ability to manage device retirement, inventory control, and compliance documentation
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Experience integrating medical devices with enterprise IT systems (e.g., Epic EHR, ServiceNow)
