Job Summary
The IT eSystem Analyst II/Training Coordinator position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining hardware; providing advanced support for a wide variety of software applications; completing helpdesk requests in a timely manner in a high-paced environment; analyzing training needs; coordinating with all locations on the development of curriculum and delivering courses; development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results; developing and maintaining continual education support materials used for reference once training has been completed; consulting with the managers and supervisors to assess training needs and developing programs to match these needs; and continually evaluating procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR a minimum of three years of related experience
2. Ability to display a positive attitude, teamwork, and timeliness
