Job Description
General Purpose of Job
The Intermediate IT Trainer leads training projects, mentors junior trainers, and enhances curriculum for improved efficiency and user engagement. This role includes developing e-learning modules, managing complex training rollouts, and supporting cross-functional training initiatives.

Essential Duties:
This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis.  Team members may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader.  Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.
  • Lead training projects, including large-scale implementations and system upgrades.
  • Mentor entry-level and intermediate trainers, promoting best practices in instructional design.
  • Develop advanced e-learning materials and blended learning modules to enhance training efficiency.
  • Provide high-level support during go-lives, troubleshooting complex issues as needed.
  • Document and maintain training workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with peers to design training environment patient scenarios for hands-on learning during training.

Job Requirements

Work Experience | Proficiency in IT training or instructional design, with project management experience.
Education | High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of training experience OR Associates degree computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 3 years of training experience OR Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 1 year of training experience.   
Specialized Knowledge and Skills | Advanced knowledge of instructional design, e-learning development, and training management.Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.Proficiency in handling complex training projects and optimizing training workflows.
