Lead and mentor a team of integration developers, managing professional development and operational tasks.

Design, architect, and manage the lifecycle of enterprise system integrations and APIs with an emphasis on performance, security, and scalability.

Promote integration best practices such as API-led connectivity, code standardization, and robust documentation.

Collaborate with campus stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated technical solutions.

Oversee change management, version control, and automated testing to maintain integration reliability and security.

Manage integration across diverse systems including ERPs (e.g., Ellucian Banner), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and document management platforms.

Plan for technology upgrades, capacity management, and infrastructure maintenance for enterprise scalability.

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; preferred advanced degree and 5+ years in integration architecture, software development, or IT management.

Strong proficiency with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or equivalent iPaaS, API lifecycle management, database architectures (Oracle PL/SQL, SQL), API modeling languages (RAML, OpenAPI, Swagger), Linux environments, and DevOps tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD).
