Highlights

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree with 4 years experience in IT or higher education procurement.
  • Must obtain certification such as CTCD, CTPM, CPP/CPPB, or CCM within 18 months of hire.
  • Preferred experience includes higher education/public sector background, IT contract language knowledge, and familiarity with ERP/procurement platforms like PeopleSoft or Oracle.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, cost control, budget forecasting, and contract risk analysis.
  • Role involves collaboration across legal, procurement, finance, and IT departments to align procurement with compliance and strategic objectives.
