Highlights

Provide first-level technical computing support for software, hardware, and operating systems.
Train faculty and staff on multimedia equipment.

Requires a high school diploma or GED plus minimum 2 years technology support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred qualifications include experience in higher education or public sector IT environments, strong communication skills, familiarity with IT risk and security practices, and knowledge of IT methodologies.
Compensation ranges from $16.84 to $21.48 per hour under AFSCME 3200 grade 14 with a comprehensive benefits package including tuition waiver, insurance, and retirement plan.
