As a lead instructional designer on the Corporate Learning and Development team, you'll design, develop, and deliver innovative learning solutions for our companywide onboarding programs. In this role, you’ll work on large-scale projects where solutions reach the entire organization. You'll partner with collaborators to analyze learning needs, lead creation of engaging and effective training content, and measure outcomes to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll support HR initiatives and collaborate with HR leadership to ensure our culture continues to thrive!

Location: This is a remote position with the opportunity to work at Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, Ohio) if desired, as well as locally. Occasional travel is expected (one to two times per year) for team and larger organization events.

Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of six years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives.

Preferred skills
  • Advanced development skills using Articulate Storyline, as well as Rise and Vyond.
  • Experience in an analytical role using LUMA or other methods.
  • Demonstrated video production and editing skills.

Compensation
  • $81,400 - $108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
