What you will do
The Lead Instructional Designer will create and maintain training and performance support materials for the Accelerate ERP program, including: classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the-job. In this role you will focus on creating and leading learning experiences both in and out of the classroom. In this position you will be a member of the Accelerate training team.

Additional responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs using adult learning methodologies across multiple formats including instructor-led, web-based, and on-the-job training.
  • Develop and maintain training materials such as course outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and system demonstrations using tools like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint.
  • Validate and refine training scope, audience, and approach based on change impacts, lessons learned, and business feedback.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement by partnering with process owners, SMEs, and trainers to ensure alignment and content accuracy.
  • Lead training logistics including scheduling, environment setup, training IDs, and classroom support.
  • Maintain and update training content and Learning Management System (LMS) entries in response to system or process changes.
  • Support Train-the-Trainer programs by preparing Power Users to deliver classroom training effectively.
  • Track and report progress of training development and delivery, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.

What you need
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of work experience or 6+ years of equivalent experience with a degree preferred in training, business, quality or related field
  • Demonstrated experience of adult learning, instructional design, e-learning and training methodologies
  • Experience using training technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms
Preferred qualifications
  • Project management experience in training initiatives with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience working with translation vendors for global training audiences
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and evaluation tools for training effectiveness
$77,200 - $123,700k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
