What you will do
Additional responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs using adult learning methodologies across multiple formats including instructor-led, web-based, and on-the-job training.
- Develop and maintain training materials such as course outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and system demonstrations using tools like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint.
- Validate and refine training scope, audience, and approach based on change impacts, lessons learned, and business feedback.
- Manage stakeholder engagement by partnering with process owners, SMEs, and trainers to ensure alignment and content accuracy.
- Lead training logistics including scheduling, environment setup, training IDs, and classroom support.
- Maintain and update training content and Learning Management System (LMS) entries in response to system or process changes.
- Support Train-the-Trainer programs by preparing Power Users to deliver classroom training effectively.
- Track and report progress of training development and delivery, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of work experience or 6+ years of equivalent experience with a degree preferred in training, business, quality or related field
- Demonstrated experience of adult learning, instructional design, e-learning and training methodologies
- Experience using training technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms
- Project management experience in training initiatives with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
- Experience working with translation vendors for global training audiences
- Familiarity with SharePoint and evaluation tools for training effectiveness
