We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized Lead Pilot Coordinator to elevate our pilot program operations. In this pivotal role, you'll not only be the central point of access for our pilot users but also spearhead the creation of scalable processes and train team members to ensure a seamless and successful experience for districts and schools participating in our pilots. You'll work cross-functionally, bridging communication gaps, meticulously tracking progress, and driving continuous improvement to guarantee every pilot runs efficiently from start to finish. Essential Responsibilities:
Orchestrate Pilot Logistics:
- Along with the Manager and Sales Enablement, lead the rollout of the Pilot Coordinator team and processes.
- Partner closely with all departments involved in the pilot lifecycle, including Sales Support, Materials, the Technical Onboarding Team, and the dedicated Pilot Support team, to ensure seamless execution.
- Design, develop, and implement new processes and best practices for pilot logistics, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and exceptional user experience.
- Mentor and train new and existing Pilot Coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Gather Essential Information:
- Collaborate and communicate closely with customer contacts and Account Executives to ensure a smooth partnership and engagement throughout the pilot.
- Collect crucial district and school-specific logistical details to effectively tailor each pilot.
Initiate Pilot Opportunities:
- Collaborate with Sales Support to create and track pilot opportunities.
- Work with the Materials Support team to provide shipping logistics information for pilot materials
Maintain Communication & Transparency:
- Monitor pilot progress diligently and provide regular, transparent updates to participating districts and schools.
Serve as Key Contact:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our internal order exceptions, submitting material inquiries, and addressing needs as they arise.
Provide Administrative Support:
- Utilize the Admin Portal to perform tasks and provide support on behalf of our customers, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of work experience in educational publishing.
- 2+ years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Proven experience providing excellent customer service.
- Strong ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of business information.
- Ability to travel periodically (2-4 times a year for in-person meetings).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Proficiency with Macintosh operating systems and basic keyboard commands
- Interest in self-improvement through industry research, training, and experience to enhance product and market knowledge.
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00. This role is eligible for commission-based pay.
