Role Title: Lead Specialist, Content Developer

Location: India (Remote)

Note: The candidate should be based in Noida, Bangalore or Chennai and be willing to travel to the office whenever required.

Job Summary:

The Lead Specialist will shape the pedagogical vision for English Language Learning solutions for the K12 market in India. You will connect market insight, pedagogy, and product strategy to turn identified opportunities into clear concepts, strong briefs, and robust prototypes that set projects up for successful delivery. You will work closely with a Product Manager, being jointly responsible for the overall plan for the India Roadmap, where you bring pedagogical vision, and the Product Manager brings the commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of pedagogical strategy and product vision for new and evolving solutions for India across K12

  • Translate market insights into clear product concepts, learning approaches, and development plans

  • Draft project briefs that support Business Cases, making sure pedagogy is fully embedded

  • Define and validate prototypes and scope & sequence

  • Set clear foundations for delivery teams, such as scope, structure, and pedagogical direction

  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders so that project teams have a shared understanding of requirements and goals

  • Provide ongoing pedagogical guidance during development, with key stage reviews and final content sign-off

  • Drive continuous improvement by feeding insights and performance learnings into future product development

About You

  • You bring strong experience in English Language Learning (ELL), with deep understanding of pedagogy, product design, and market needs

  • You are comfortable operating at a strategic level, turning insights into clear product and learning solutions

  • You have experience working across cross-functional teams, especially with Product Management

  • You are able to balance innovation with scalability, ensuring ideas can be effectively delivered

  • You communicate clearly and create alignment, ensuring teams understand both the vision and the requirements
