Our Learning & Development department seeks a coordinator of continuing education. As a part of the Learning & Development department Operations team, this role will be responsible for managing and processing all continuing education related details and standards. In partnership with the facilitators, business partners, state continuing education liaisons and operations team members, this role will coordinate submissions, manage details and maintain standards to align with compliance and delivery.  This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Some departments at our Headquarters offer a hybrid work option that may vary depending on your role and responsibilities. This is not a facilitation or teaching role.  The pay range for this position is $24.03-31.25 hourly . The pay determination  is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and individual performance.
