This is a hybrid, San Francisco based position with in office days currently scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional in office days may be necessary as business needs require.

Job Summary:
Determines the delivery and activation of learning and development initiatives for Sephora’s Field Support Center (FSC). Responsible for co-creating learning experiences with the Talent Development & Learning and Development teams on department operations and efforts that promote capability-building programming and foster a learning culture. By influencing across all levels of the organization, maintains a pivotal role in linking the team, vendors, cross functional partners, and internal and external curriculum.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Construct and implement learning strategies based on organizational needs analysis; determine learning needs, source and recommend internal and external vendor-led curriculum, (including instructor-led & on-demand learning platforms). Create data-driven measurement strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, using insights to continuously improve and iterate learning solutions.
- Lead the design of multi-model, cohort-based, experiential learning moments, from conception to implementation, for on-demand learning and coaching at scale programming to drive development and engagement.
- Secondary ownership and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including strategic oversight for system optimization, creating and executing shared system administration (as needed for cross functional partners). Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify best practices for leveraging the LMS in delivering impactful learning outcomes.
- Pioneer scalable practices to promote and support program enrollments, completion, feedback collection, and continuous improvement across the L&D offerings. Analyze program success and make recommendations as needed.
- Closely partner with LVMH North America & Sephora global teams for key global programs. Understand the global direction and then design and develop the appropriate programming and delivery, including program success measurements.

- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- 5+ Progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or related experience in program management for training initiatives / learning experiences for diverse audiences
- 5+ Advanced knowledge and expertise with learning and development & evaluation methodologies
- 5+ Proficiency in MS Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- 5+ Expertise and passion for facilitation and delivering a variety of content for virtual an in-person #LI-AZ1
The annual base salary range for this position is $132,005.00 - $147,535.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
