The Learning & Development Program Manager is a strategic partner to the Professional Learning (PL) organization in the IST. This role serves as a champion, consolidator, and primary point of contact for product and system learning and development needs within Professional Learning. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with PL leaders to identify learning gaps, shape learning journeys, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Operating within a matrixed LXR environment, the Program Manager ensures that content aligns with the needs of their stakeholder regarding form and fit and alignment to the needs of the audience.

The impact you'll have:
  • Serve as the primary Learning Experience & Readiness (LXR) liaison for the Profession Learning (PL) team, building strong stakeholder relationships to understand strategic priorities and capability needs.
  • Design training plans, strategies and learning journeys tailored to the PL team’s short- and long-term goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for learning needs, including Academies, Bootcamps, Learning Series, and specific learning events.
  • Own and manage the PL IST calendar and delivery schedules, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and content teams.
  • Work with the LXR Content development team to build content to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Gather and consolidate feedback from stakeholders, translating it into actionable briefs for content development & delivery teams.
  • Measure, monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness, incorporating stakeholder and experience feedback to refine programs.
  • Coach IST teams as needed through change management, ensuring readiness and adoption of learning initiatives.
  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions as needed to support team needs.  Delivery will include formalized events and ad hoc needs.

  • Change Management & Coaching - Ability to guide teams through transitions and ensure adoption of new learning initiatives.
  • Facilitation & Delivery - Strong presentation and facilitation skills for delivering training sessions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Ability to work closely with content teams, program managers, and other internal partners.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years in learning and development, talent development, or organizational effectiveness, or equivalent
  • Experience leading learning initiatives in a matrixed or enterprise environment.

Travel: Travel as needed to deliver learning and support content deliveries.  Average of 4-8 days per month. 
 
Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $81,500-$139,500. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
