Learning Business Partner, Enterprise Programs (Hybrid)
Job Summary
The Learning Business Partner, Enterprise Programs supports the learning and development needs of team members across various functions by coordinating and delivering effective training solutions. Working closely with HR business partners, functional leaders, and L&D colleagues, this role helps implement learning programs that enhance workforce capabilities and align with business goals. Serving as the primary learning connection point for multiple corporate functions, the partner will maintain strong relationships across the enterprise and provide support for leadership development programs at a variety of levels while collaborating with stakeholders to drive ongoing capability development and performance improvement.
Ardent Mills is headquartered in Denver, CO. This role will be hybrid from our Denver HQ office. The successful candidate will be expected to commit to a periodic presence in the office, the frequency of which is open to discussion with the hiring manager
Key Responsibilities
Learning Needs Analysis
- Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to gather input on current and future learning needs.
- Support the translation of performance gaps into learning recommendations or program suggestions.
Program Design & Delivery
- Partner with internal learning architects or external vendors to design, curate, or adapt learning content to meet the functional need.
- Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and on-the-job training sessions to support skill development and capability building.
- Coordinate the delivery of assigned learning programs to ensure a consistent and positive participant experience
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between business functions, HR, and the L&D team to support alignment of learning strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with safety, quality, and continuous improvement teams to integrate relevant content into learning programs.
Learning Implementation & Tracking
- Support the implementation of learning programs through clear communication, change management, and logistical planning.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
Capability Building
- Help coordinate or deliver development programs that support leadership, technical, or cross-functional skills.
- Support plant-level trainers, team leads, and managers in reinforcing learning throughout the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational effectiveness, or HR business partnering.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operations teams strongly preferred.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage learners at all levels.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design processes, and learning technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Good to Have
- Proficiency in LMS administration (Alchemy and Workday Learning)
- Experience in instructional design

Competitive Compensation:We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $74,600.00 - $99,444.40, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 5% Annual.
