Job Summary 
As a Learning Consultant, you will act as a training strategist and subject matter expert, responding to service requests, conducting training needs analyses, and coordinating training solutions for customers and internal teams. You will occasionally deliver live virtual training and support customer engagement by ensuring learning needs are effectively addressed. While you will not be responsible for creating instructional content, you will collaborate with Instructional Designers and other stakeholders to ensure training materials align with customer requirements and product functionality. 

Responsibilities 
  • Develop a working knowledge of the suites of applications and their key features to support product training. 
  • Manage the ConnectWise Training and Documentation service board, ensuring proper intake, prioritization, and timely response to service requests. 
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions. 
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions in collaboration with stakeholders and customers. 
  • Deliver live virtual training sessions and webinars, as needed. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and learning experiences using feedback, completion data, and learner outcomes. 
  • Propose and collaborate on improvements to existing training content to increase its clarity, usefulness, and impact. 
  • Act as a liaison between customers, Instructional Designers, and subject matter experts to ensure training resources are accurate and aligned with customer needs. 
  • Stay current on product updates, best practices in adult learning, and instructional technology trends. 
  • Ability to travel nationwide, up to 10% annually. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, customer education, or a related role. 
  • Experience using data to evaluate training success. 
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills. 
  • Ability to assess learning needs and recommend effective solutions. 
  • Experience working with or supporting software platforms. 
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams). 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications 
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS). 
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles. 
  • Exposure to health and human services, case management, or nonprofit sectors. 
  • Familiarity with case management applications or HMIS compliance 
  • Experience using tools such as Camtasia and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • 2+ years working in a remote environment. 

Salary Description
$45,000-$65,000
