ABOUT THE ROLE
The Learning & Development Analyst supports the operational and strategic goals of the People Development team at Sound Physicians. This hybrid role combines LMS administration with data analysis, content evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong attention to detail and organization, while also demonstrating a critical-thinking approach to enhancing the learner’s experience.

The Details:  This is a full-time, remote position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting L&D in key administrative elements
  • Manage learning catalog management to ensure current, compliant, and relevant learning content is available within (UKG)
  • Manage live event administrative tasks (inclusive, but not limited to colleague support, communications, scheduling, assignments, etc.)
  • Assist with Continuing Education status certification and manage Joint Accreditation status
  • Develop and track learning paths in LMS
  • Support people development initiatives and tasks launched from UKG
 
Reporting and Analytics
  • Compile and analyze learning data to evaluate engagement, effectiveness, and knowledge retention.
  • Provide proactive reporting and insights to business stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Identify learning gaps and make strategic recommendations to improve content, delivery, and learner outcomes.
 
Learning Design and Development
  • Improve and develop the modern learning user interface in the learning portal using adult learning best practices
  • Evaluate tools/processes to ensure Sound has the best-in-class user experience that offers efficient, high-quality, and seamless learning
  • Ability to exercise latitude to determine the best learning solution approach
  • Coordinate the development of content focused on healthcare regulatory requirements and general compliance – internal/external facing
  • Provide virtual session support on Teams and Zoom; co-facilitate virtual courses as needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment while delivering high-quality work on time

Technical proficiency in:
  • Microsoft 365 (especially Teams)
  • Learning Management Systems (UKG preferred)
  • Articulate 360
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Premiere Pro)
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Analytical skills in validating data as well as quickly performing ad hoc analysis
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate, influence and build trusted partnership with People Development Team
  • Ability to work in an agile and iterative way in a fast paced and collaborative environment
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Training, Computer Science, or related field of study and/or 4 years of experience in related field accepted
  •  4+ years’ experience working with Learning Management Systems (preferred UKG)
  • Experience in data, analytics, and reporting
  • Experience in adult learning theories and delivery modalities (e.g., blended learning, micro- and social learning)
  • Experience managing training modules requiring technical writing/regulatory content
 
SALARY RANGE
  • This position offers an annual salary range of $85,000-$105,000, taking into account the candidate’s experience, education and location.
