Moog’s Corporate Group is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team!

As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective organization and execution of learning and development (L&D) initiatives across the organization. You will support employee development opportunities by coordinating training and team effectiveness logistics, supporting the coordination and management of L&D programs, updating information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and assisting with the delivery of Moog Mentoring and Flex teams.
In this role, you will enable a seamless, high quality learning experience for employees across all levels, ensuring training and development runs smoothly and professionally. You will support scalable delivery of L&D programs by providing essential coordination and logistics.

To be considered for the Learning & Development Coordinator, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
  • Typically, an associate’s degree in a related field.
  • At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in an HR administrative role, inclusive of stakeholder management, multitasking and deadline management.
  • Experience working with data, including pulling reports, checking accuracy, and providing a summary.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Proven organizational and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite.
It would also be beneficial if you had:
  • Knowledge of a Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, and Zoom.
  • Experience in a Learning & Development, HR or events planning role.

As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will:
  • Coordinate all in‑person and virtual training sessions, including scheduling, resource planning, roster management, participant communications, and virtual session production.
  • Maintain accurate learning records, attendance, evaluations, and LMS data while generating reports that show participation, completion, and feedback insights.
  • Manage L&D inboxes and communications, serving as the first point of contact for learners, stakeholders, and program participants.
  • Support the maintenance of learning pathways, resources, toolkits, training materials, and communication assets (newsletters, SharePoint, social channels).
  • Assist with vendor management, including scheduling, contracting, onboarding, and processing payments against statements of work.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end administration of Moog Mentoring and Flex Teams programs, including resource maintenance, and tracking participation and outcomes.
  • Provide onsite and logistical support for L&D programs, partnering with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Contribute to team planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and provide general administrative and project support as needed.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
