What You’ll Do
  • Develop the Strategy: Build and launch our first company-wide learning & development framework aligned to business goals.
  • Partner Across the Business: Work with leaders and SMEs to design programs that improve performance, engagement, and career growth.
  • Own Onboarding: Create onboarding programs that accelerate ramp-up, foster engagement, and set employees up for long-term success.
  • Grow Leaders: Build training that equips managers with the tools to coach, give feedback, and lead effectively.
  • Deliver Learning Experiences: Design and facilitate engaging sessions using workshops, eLearning, and microlearning.
  • Enable Change: Support new systems, processes, and product rollouts with targeted training.
  • Measure What Matters: Track results, share insights, and continuously improve learning programs to maximize impact.
  • Build Knowledge: Capture best practices, create playbooks, and share resources that scale success across teams.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, OD, or related HR/Talent roles.
  • Proven success designing and facilitating impactful programs.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools.
  • A self-starter, highly motivated, and results-driven leader who’s excited to build something new.
