POSITION TITLE: L&D Manager
LOCATION: Cambridge, MA (hybrid)
This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite. Travel is expected domestically and internationally when needed.

Who We Are Looking For:
The Learning & Development Manager will drive the design, delivery, and amplification of professional development and training programs across the global enterprise. In this high-impact role you’ll work with your talent management peers, HRBPs, business leaders, and external partners to identify capability gaps, craft engaging learning pathways, and ensure employees have the tools and resources to grow their careers.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Define, develop, and evaluate the enterprise learning experience including needs assessment, solutions, content sourcing and development, certifications, and programs in alignment with business goals.
- Serve as an internal consultant to translate business challenges into learning solutions that improve performance, agility, and growth.
- Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of employee development strategies that build critical professional and technical skills across the organization.
- Develop and deliver blended learning solutions, including workshops, curated content, vendor-led programs, and peer-based learning.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, GTM, and cross-functional partners to build targeted learning programs that strengthen sales effectiveness and product fluence to support revenue growth.
- Track and analyze participation, feedback, and learning outcomes to demonstrate value and inform future investments.
- Build awareness and excitement around development programs by creating engaging communication materials and campaigns.
- Highlight employee career journeys and success stories to encourage peer learning and increase program visibility.
- Contribute to the development of user-friendly resources that support self-directed learning and career navigation.
What You Bring to TriNetX:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or any related degree involving organizational development or learning development.
- 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Effectiveness.
- Strong ability to consult with stakeholders, translate needs into action, and design practical and engaging learning experiences.
- Experience supporting technical and/or professional development initiatives in corporate environments.
- Confident facilitator and communicator.
- Familiarity with adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and program evaluation techniques.
- Proficient with L&D tools and technologies, including LMS platforms, content libraries, and collaboration tools
Preferred
- Experience in a multi-cultural and international environment is a plus.
