Essential Functions and Primary Duties
  • Develop eLearning content, including self-study courses, microlearning, and job aids
  • Edit media and convert into SCORM-compliant learning assets
  • Load, maintain and retire learning programs and assets in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Coordinate the gathering of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) documentation for qualified L&D programs
  • Monitor the L&D team email inbox and address various inquiries
  • Assist with the production of virtual learning events as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or minimum of 2 years of related experience in a learning and development function in a business environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Applies instructional design techniques to create quality learning content
  • Creates eLearning modules, preferably using Articulate 360 and Camtasia
  • Experienced in LMS administration
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • Effectively handles multiple stakeholders and points of input
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment, multi-task and work independently
  • Adapts quickly to different needs, priorities and environments
  • Successfully interacts with professionals and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in workforce in a responsible position
  • Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
