About This Opportunity:
The Learning Experience Designer will lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives to support Docebo’s growth and enhance employee and customer knowledge of our products. This role combines expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design with the ability to create digital, blended, and face-to-face training programs. You will partner with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver innovative learning experiences that support onboarding, skill development, and product mastery.

You bring a strong foundation in adult learning principles and instructional design, combined with a curiosity for leveraging the latest learning technologies. You are an excellent collaborator, capable of working with diverse stakeholders to align learning solutions with business goals. Success requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including digital courses, blended learning programs, job aids, digital resources, and face-to-face workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring content remains relevant and impactful.
- Integrate emerging learning technologies and practices to improve the effectiveness of instructional design and development processes.
- Identify and curate source materials by working closely with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Create or edit learning content following organizational guidelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Provide in-person training sessions and support virtual learning experiences as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate learning role, including delivering face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
- Experience with web-based learning, virtual learning platforms, and mobile learning solutions.
- Familiarity with learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs that achieve measurable outcomes.
